Partners must hold a valid GST number and Shop & Establishment license. We reserve the right to reject non-compliant applications.
Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated. Prices follow OEM guidelines. Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once invoiced.
Advance Payment: Required for the first 90 days.
Credit Facilities: 7-21 days credit available after 3 months, subject to approval.
Late Payments: Overdue invoices attract 18% p.a. interest.
Free shipping on orders above ₹50,000. Transit insurance included. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Warranty provided directly by brands (Samsung, Vivo, etc.) via authorized centers. We do not accept returns for unsold inventory unless specified.
Disputes are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction.
