Eligibility
- Applicants must be at least 25 years of age.
- Valid identity proof, address proof, and financial documents must be provided.
- All information submitted must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Finance Approval & Disbursement
- Approval of financing is subject to eligibility verification and internal company policies.
- PSI reserves the right to approve or reject any application without prior notice.
- Approved funds may be disbursed directly to the customer or the associated retail partner.

Repayment Policy
- Repayments must be made as per the EMI schedule agreed at the time of approval.
- Late payments may attract penalties, additional interest, or recovery charges.
- Continued default may result in service suspension, device restriction, repossession, or legal action as permitted under applicable laws.

Device Ownership & Control
- Devices financed through PSI remain under conditional ownership until all dues are fully cleared.
- In case of non-payment, PSI reserves the right to remotely restrict, lock, or recover the financed device.

User Responsibilities
- Users must use PSI services lawfully and responsibly.
- False, misleading, or incomplete information is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and financial records.

Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal and financial information is collected and processed in accordance with PSI’s Privacy Policy.
- Data is used solely for verification, financial processing, compliance, and service improvement.
- PSI implements appropriate security measures to safeguard customer information.

Limitation of Liability
- PSI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- PSI shall not be responsible for technical issues or service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Modifications to Terms
- PSI reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Updated terms will be published on this page and continued use signifies acceptance.

Termination
- PSI may suspend or terminate services if terms are violated or fraudulent documentation is detected.

Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
